Party in the pumpkin patch.

We have had so many great shoots lately, I have not had a chance to get them posted. I will catch up over the long holiday weekend (although we have a bunch of shoots next weekend too... well I will get caught up soon).

In October we had so much fun at a shoot for a joint 2 and 4 year old birthday party. We loved being at the pumpkin patch and the kids costumes were adorable! At the end of the party the 2 year old was so excited about all her presents, she started pulling out the tissue from the bags saying "these are for me" it was so cute. We loved being a part of such a great family event.

Sugar and spice and everything nice... Thank heaven for little girls!

I know I say this pretty much every post but... what a GREAT shoot... We just have so much fun capturing these moments.
This one was especially fun because it was a last minute request and we could not have asked for it to turn out any better.
We had about 30 minutes to meet the family before the girls were in a wedding. We found a perfect park near the church and the setting was ideal. The girls were adorable and the family looked great! Don't they look like little princesses? It reminded me of when Katie and I used to get dressed up in our Polly Flinders dresses for Easter or Christmas... so fun and the girls sure were having a blast in their dresses!

Family and Engagement Shoots

We had an awesome weekend filled with fun shoots. Love certainly is in the air in Chicago!

We started out the weekend with an awesome couple who recently got engaged! We are so happy for them and had a ton of fun with helping them capture this really exciting time.

Sunday we started out the day with a super fun family taking photos for "Mom's Christmas present" - What a great season to get started on holiday presents!

We rounded out the weekend end with another engagement shoot! Josh is a musician and we had fun playing up his "playing" for his future wife! We enjoyed the urban feel of this session and had so much fun running around the city with them. They were up for anything and we loved the awesome fall in Chicago weather.
